Patna: In a shocking incident today, unidentified attackers killed Qayamuddin Ansari, station house officer of Kothi police station in Gaya, Bihar. The terrific incident occurred when Ansari was out for a morning walk.
Three unidentified assailants had arrived on motorcycle and shot at Ansari, a 2009 batch officer, then attackers fled soon after the incident. The three convicts fired arbitrarily at Ansari.
An investigation in this matter is underway and the body of the officer has been sent for the postmortem.
