Lucknow: The case related to the recruitment of 69000 teachers in UP was heard in the Supreme Court. In the just-heard hearing, Advocate of Shikshamitra Rajiv Dhawan said in his statement that whatever amendment has been made on the exam, it is clearly against the order of the Supreme Court. At the same time, Rajiv Dhawan said that if the cutoff is increased, the Supreme Court's order giving weightage to Shikshamitras will not be applicable.

The Supreme Court said that the teachers who have completed 10 years of service should get 25 marks. Rakesh Dwivedi, Advocate of the same Shikshamitras, also gave his opinion due to the hearing. Rakesh Dwivedi said in his favor that this time there was no cutoff, then Shikshamitras made complete preparations like the previous time. ASG Aishwarya Bhati, on behalf of the UP government, said in her statement that Shikshamitras are being kept only as assistants of assistant teachers.
