Uttar Pradesh: A fast track court has judgment a man to five year in Jail in a case of abducting a 12-year-old boy in 2011 at Muzaffarnagar.
The justice bench headed by Judge Manoj Kumar Mishra on Tuesday,has convicted Farid Ahmad and sentenced him to five years in jail and also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000.
Abhishek,the 12 year old boy was kidnapped by Ahmad from Shikshak Colony here on December 11, 2011. The boy was rescued from him on December 23, 2011.
