Lucknow: The wife of gangster Vikas Dubey, who was killed in a police encounter last year, has demanded euthanasia from Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. The gangster's wife Richa Dubey spoke to the media and informed about her helplessness. Richa said that it is becoming very difficult to manage two meals a day, for the last one year, her life has been miserable from all sides, everything is being snatched away from her.

Vikas's wife said a year has passed since her husband's death and she has not even received a death certificate. In fact, Richa will not get the benefit of insurance unless she gets Vikas's death certificate. Richa said, 'His land has been occupied by the people. The situation is such that it is difficult for children to manage food.' Richa added, 'Under compulsion, I was thinking of self-immolation with my children. My children's studies are stalled.'

Dubey's wife says "I am selling jewellery and running household expenses.' Richa also said that my Brahmin community has helped me during this period. Dubey's wife said, 'If insurance is available, the children's education will be completed.'
