In Kanpur, Raju Srivastava was born into a middle-class family. At Delhi's AIIMS Hospital, comedian Raju Srivastava passed away on Wednesday. The comedian spent 42 days in the hospital. On August 10, Raju had a heart attack and passed out while working out in a gym. He was then taken to AIIMS, Delhi. The actor passed away on September 21, 2022.

Raju Srivastava's neighbor had mentioned how hard Raju had fought. In 1990, the comedian's sister got hitched. The house was sold for three lakh rupees by her father because he needed the money to marry his daughter. Following that, the entire family spent a few days in a rented home in Baradevi and a few more days in Yashoda Nagar.

After some time, the comedian offered to buy back his house when he was recognized in Mumbai, but it took a while to persuade the owner. Raju subsequently purchased his home once more for 24 lakh rupees in the year 2000. After purchasing the house, Raju's family once more began residing there. Raju's younger brother's wife stated in an interview that her husband had a deep affection for the family home.
