Now ED has moved the Supreme Court to remove Rajiv from Chief Approver as the investigating agency says that he is not presenting all the facts openly in the Agusta-Westland scam case.

According to 'The Indian Express', after studying 1000 pages of government documents, bank statements, email chats and details of fake companies based on Rajiv Saxena's statements, it was found that there was a large network of hawala businesses and fake companies, thereby all the accused in this case were connected. Rajiv Saxena explained how the kickback money of this contract which was cancelled by UPA-2 was invested in other companies.
