On the work front, Deepika will be next seen in the Meghna Gulzar directorial Chhapaak opposite Vikrant Massey of Mirzapur fame. Deepika also happens to be the co - producer of the film. The film happens to be a biopic which is based on the life of Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack victim. It is slated to be released on January 10, 2020. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in Brahmastra alongside her current girlfriend Alia Bhatt.
