No migrant should be allowed to walk on the road or railway line.

Instructions have been given to all the Mandalayuktas, District Magistrates, Police Commissioners, Senior Superintendents of Police and Superintendents of Police that all personnel engaged in prevention, treatment and prevention of Kovid-19 must use the mask compulsorily while on duty. Availability of sanitizer remains at each site. Overseas workers should be supervised by setting up special teams at police station level. He has said that special teams should also be set up for the migrants coming to the state through trains in large numbers from other states to follow the protocol issued by the Health Department at the railway station. He has asked to arrange adequate number of private and school buses to send migrants to other districts or quarantine centers and shelter homes. Health test of drivers of such vehicles should also be done. Instructions have been given to the nodal officers to monitor all the arrangements especially from time to time.
