The servers of the famous food delivery app Zomato and Swiggy are going down in several cities in India on Wednesday. This has affected their service. According to sources, a technical issue is being said to be behind it. People came to know of a technical glitch in Zomato and Swiggy's app at that time on Wednesday afternoon. When he wanted to place an order on his app for lunch, his orders could not be submitted.  

Subsequently, people tagged companies on Twitter and complained about their apps not working and said that they are not able to place their orders. On a customer's complaint, Zomato Care acknowledged this technical glitch and regretted the inconvenience caused to the customers.  

The company said in its reply on Twitter, "We are facing a temporary problem. Our technical team is working on this issue and we assure you that the functioning will be back to normal soon.'' On this issue, food delivery app Swiggy also tweeted to express regret to the customers. Swiggy tweeted, "We regret the difficulties you are facing due to a technical problem. That's not always the case and we'll fix this problem soon. Please stay with us.''
