Lord Shiva is named as 'neel kanthak' (with blue neck) and 'ashutosh' (one who fulfills all the wishes'. Lord Shiva is the most revered god of Hindus. Shiv Linga is one of the linga's according to the mythology, but it's not the part of Jyotirlinga as all the 12 jyotirlinga's are in the divine light of Jyoti.
As per the Hindu mythology, the one who has the pure heart and had devoted himself to lord Shiva will only be able to see that Jyoti of 'Dwadash Jyotirlinga's'.
Here are the 12 temples, where you can worship all the Jyotirlinga's. Our history says that a person, who accomplishes darshan of all the Dwadash Jyotirlinga will get rid of all the illusion of this world.

Somnath Temple, Gujarat
It is the temple of very first linga in the 12 Jyotirlingas that is Somdeva. Somdeva is also known as a 'moon god'. As he was cursed by Daksh Prajapati. Somnath is the place where he worshiped Lord Shiva.
Mallikarjuna Temple, Andhra Pradesh
This is the second Jyotirlinga's temple, this is the temple, where lord Shiva took the form of Mallikarjun, another linga from Dwadash Jyotirlinga.
Mahakaleshwar Temple, Madhya Pradesh
Indian history calls lord Shiva as 'aja' (unborn), Mahakaleshwar is the place where lord Shiva appeared from the ground to kill the demon called Dushana.
