Ahmedabad: Tight security arrangements are being made in Ahmedabad for US President Donald Trump's visit to India on 24 February. Donald Trump will begin his India visit from Ahmedabad in Gujarat on 24-25 February. The trumps will stop at Ahmedabad for three and a half hours and during this time 10000 police personnel including 25 IPS, 65 ACP, 200 PI, 800 PSI will be deployed.
A special team of NSG and NSG anti-sniper will also be deployed. Considering the security, tenants living in nearby houses are being investigated for Pinak software registration. The police has appealed to the people to immediately provide information about any suspicious activities. In the program, 28 places have been set aside for parking for people coming from the district and tehsils.
District wise code has been provided for parking. Cultural tableau will be presented on the possible route from Airport, Dafnala, Gandhi Ashram to Subhash Bridge, via Riverfront and the entire route from Airport Circle, Indira Bridge, Koteshwar to Motera. Apart from city police and IB, SPG, NSG and secret agency will be present inside and outside the stadium.
