Hyderabad: At least 15 people were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck in Chautuppal on Thursday morning. The bus was coming from Kakinada towards Hyderabad. Police said that 15 people, including the bus and lorry driver, were injured in the accident. The condition of the drivers is said to be critical. The injured have been admitted to Chauthuppal Government Hospital for treatment. Due to the road accident, the queue of vehicles for about two kilometers has been blocked. Police Road has started investigation by registering an FIR.
Similarly, a case of beating has come to the fore. On Thursday, Sajid Khan alias Yasin salt man escaped after assaulting the staff at Government ENT Hospital in Koti. Sultan Bazar police later arrested him. According to the police, Sajid Khan alias Yasin went to the ENT hospital on Wednesday afternoon, where he got into an argument with a security guard.
Police said that Sajid had a fight with the security guard of the hospital after which on the intervention of other staff, he also thrashed them and fled from there. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case and started investigation.
