New Delhi: A 20-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of the New Delhi-Ajmer Shatabdi Express on Wednesday morning in Gurugram, adjacent to the country's capital Delhi. Railway Police has given information in this regard. He said the body of the man was recovered from the railway tracks. However, the identity of the deceased youth is yet to be ascertained.

Giving information, the officials said that the Railway Police received information about a dead body lying on the tracks between Gurugram and Garhi-Harsaru railway stations at around 7.30 am. He said a team reached the spot and collected the body parts. He said that the Gurugram Railway Police has registered a case and sent the body to the mortuary for post-mortem.

Giving information about the matter, Pawan Kumar, in-charge of Gurugram Railway Police Outpost, has said that the youth jumped in front of the Shatabdi Express going from Delhi to Ajmer and the train driver has confirmed it.
