In Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the corona has spread rapidly. Almost every house in the urban area has been covered under the screening for 9 days across the city on Wednesday. The screening of 28,33,681 people was completed in the first round. However, multi-storey buildings or mullions of some areas are hidden in it, where people have not allowed the survey team to enter.

Actually, one or two days now the second round of screening will begin. To prevent infection of coronavirus, Indore has adopted door-to-door screening methods like other districts and cities of the country. Under this, along with the hot spot containment area, screening is also being done in those areas where positive cases have not been found.

For your information, let us tell you that the district administration and the municipal corporation have fielded 1600 Anganwadi workers, corporation workers, members of the NGO and teachers for the screening. Each team was given a sector. It comprises 207 containment areas. During the screening of the entire city, 6013 have been found in the high-risk category. These include fever, shortness of breath and people exposed to positive patients. All these coronas will be considered as suspects. Their names, addresses have been entered. The doctors are in constant contact with them. Similar screening will be done in the second round also. The administration believes that the symptoms of coronas have not yet emerged, they will also come out in the next screening round. In this way we will be able to treat those corona infected patients.
