A special POCSO court in Punjab has cited the death penalty in an attempt to murder case after brutally raping an innocent girl. According to the information received in the case, the additional sessions judge of the special POCSO court of Kapurthala, Rajwinder Kaur, has given the verdict. The court has referred the case to the Punjab and Haryana High Court to confirm the verdict. It is being told that the judge in his judgment said that the manner in which the rapist has done barbaric and terrible acts to erase his lust from an innocent girl, has not only ended the life of that innocent child but has also completely spoiled humanity.
Because of this, the age, family background or history of the accused not committing any crime in the past cannot reduce the punishment of this crime. According to the information received in this case, the accused repeatedly raped the innocent girl. Not only this, but even after committing the rape, he put a wooden stick in the private part of the innocent and harmed her. Due to this, the innocent suffered fatal internal injuries. It is being told that the accused Mukesh Kumar was the neighbour of the deceased innocent girl, and he called her on the pretext of feeding biscuits and took her to his slum and raped her. At the same time, after the rape, he put a wooden stick in her private part.
Which caused the innocent's intestine to burst. According to the information received in this case, three surgeries have been done so far to remove the uterus of the innocent found in a critical condition. According to the doctors, she will still undergo surgery several times. Now the innocent girl will always have to carry a bag of urine with her which will last for the rest of her life.
