It is being told that the driver of the vehicle was driving drunk and after an altercation, the kanwariyas beat up the driver and broke his car. The dispute started because the car collided with the kavadis.

According to the information, car driver Anil Kumar is a resident of Ashok Vihar police station Talkatora in Lucknow. He was coming back home late at night after election duty. During this, near the Thana Talkatora Alam Nagar flyover, his car was touched by some kavadis going on the road. Angered by this, the kanwariyas beat up the driver and also damaged his car. According to the police, the car driver Anil Kumar was drunk and his car was touched by the kanwariyas. After which the quarrel started.

However, after the matter calmed down, the driver of the vehicle had left and no one made any police complaint. According to Commissioner DK Thakur, information about this matter was received on social media late at night. After which the PRB and the local police station reached the spot and checked the vehicle. The car was found parked under a bridge. When the driver was talked to on this matter, he refused to take any action. Although he himself was intoxicated.
