New Delhi: In a awful crime being reported from the Delhi  wherein a seven-year-old girl became the victim of a brutal sexual attack as her neighbor raped her on the pretext of offering biscuits in national capital’s Gazipur locality.

Report in ANI suggested that , the crime took place on Tuesday and the minor girl was then admitted to a hospital due to the injuries she sustained during the brutal physical assault. Delhi Police lodged a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act as soon as the horrible incident was reported.

Shamefully the key accused managed to give the law a slip by escaping his house prior to he could be arrested. Reports also said that a manhunt for nabbing him has been launched. Reports also stated that  the seven-year-old had came out of her house to buy milk and it was then that the killer enticed her with biscuits then the accused took her to a remote terrace in an adjacent building and raped her horribly. Post the brutal sexual assault he threatened the victim by saying he would push her off the terrace if is she told anyone about what had happened.

The dreadful incident came to light when a nearby storekeeper saw the victim walking naked in a state of stun. He right away raised an alarm and locals then hurriedly located her family. Police inquiry is underway but the utter animalistic nature of the attack has left the little child distressed and physically injured.
