Bengaluru: With the arrival of 8,161 new corona patients in Karnataka on Tuesday, the total number of patients in the state has increased to 2,91,826. The Health Department further informed that on Tuesday, 148 more people died due to corona infection, including which 4,958 people have lost their lives in the state so far. 6,814 patients have recovered during this period. According to the Bulletin of the Health Department, 2,04,439 people have recovered from corona so far while 82,410 patients are undergoing treatment, out of which 751 patients are admitted to the ICU.
According to this, out of the new cases revealed on Tuesday, 2,294 new cases were reported in Bengaluru urban area alone, while 61 of the new cases of death were related to this area. Of the new cases of coronavirus, 2,294 cases have been reported in Bangalore Urban District, 1,331 in Mysore, 551 in Bellary, 318 in Davanagere, 298 in Belagavi, 276 in Shivamogga, 246 in Dakshina Kannada, 238 in Koppal, 227 in Kalburgi. So far, 25,13,555 samples have been investigated in the state.
Corona cases in the country have crossed the 32 lakh mark. On Wednesday, once again there was a surge in cases of coronavirus. On Wednesday, 67,151 new cases were revealed. But the matter of relief is that the number of people recovering from Corona has exceeded 24.5 million and the investigation has increased.
