Delhi Police has arrested a Sharpshooter Nasim alias Rizwan whose strings are being told to belong to the underworld. It is alleged that Naseem took a betel of 1.5 crore rupees to kill Pakistani writer Tarek Fateh. Police also recovered pistol and cartridges from Naseem. 

DCP Ajit Singla of Delhi Police told that Nasim was a resident of Bulandshahr in western Uttar Pradesh and used to work on clothes there. Up to the eighth, Nasim used to sell clothes on Rehdi and came to the world of crime in a desire to earn money. Police said that since 2010 it is in discussion.

He also slaughtered a scoundrel and went to jail. As soon as he was released on bail he used to commit the crime again. A few months ago, he went to Mumbai with one of his friends, where planning to kill Tarek Fateh was done. 

According to the Delhi Police, Nasim was to be given Rs 1.5 crore for the murder. Naseem told the police that his talk was often with Shankar Shakeel. His friend Junaid had talked about him with Shakeel Shakeel.

Even after being sent to Junaid jail, he remained in touch with Shukla Shakeel.  Naseem told that he was the target of Tarek Fateh only on the order of Chhota Shakeel. For this, he also had Reiki of his film city. Once upon a time, Tarek was in the studio of a news channel based in the film city, where he was to be killed on the exit, but the plan was not successful.
