Iranian Filmmaker Majid Majidi to shoot his next film too in India

Award winning Iranian film director Majid Majidi loves India so much that he is going to shoot his second film here. He will be coming to India soon for his project 'Gold Mine'.

Earlier, Majidi had shot his first movie 'Beyond the Clouds' in India. In it, Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan Khattar will be seen.

Majidi, who has been nominated for the Oscar award said: "The amazing relationship between India's atmosphere and man and nature has inspired me to shoot here and shoot my next film. Shooting of the film will start next year."

Majidi further said, "I want to show love towards life present in men, women and children here, which encourages them to face difficulties."

According to a source, while traveling to North India, Majidi's mind got the idea of the theme of 'Gold Mine'. He had been developing his thoughts for some time and recently he also visited the place on which his story is based. In this film, under the banner of Namah Pictures, he will work with producer Sharan Kumar Kedia and Kishor Arora for the second time.

Arora said, casting of the film will start in two months and this film will be released in mid-2018.
