Pradyuman murder case: Ashok was grief-stricken, deadened to confess, alleges family

Gurugram (Haryana) [India], Nov 23 (NT): Bus conductor Ashok's family has alleged that the police personnel beat him up, hung him upside down, suffering him and even deadened him to confess for the murder of Pradyuman in Ryan International School.

"Police brutally beat him up, hung him upside down, grief-stricken him and even sedated him to make him confess," Ashok's wife told ANI.

Ashok was accused in the Pradyuman murder case, was free from bars on bail from Gurugram's Bhondsi jail late Wednesday evening.

She also said, Ashok said her that a madam ordered him to carry on the body (Pradyuman's body) in the car and that he just helped.

His wife further said Ashok had no idea that the police and the authorities will aim him on the basis of that.

Ashok's wife laid blame that the police injected Ashok as well.

"The police asked Ashok to utter, he committed the crime and he won't be in trouble because of that. They said him that the whole country is upset due to the case and so he must confess. The police said him it's a small case and they will cover it accordingly," Ashok's sister-in-law.

Now Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is now inquiring the matter, gave Ashok a clean chit and under arrest a senior student responsible for the murder. (NT)
