Mumbai: Imtiaz Jaleel, lok sabha MP of Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM from Aurangabad in Maharashtra, has given full credit for his victory in the Lok Sabha elections to senior Shiv Sena leader Abdul Sattar. Imtiaz has said that he had helped him win the Lok Sabha elections. Let me tell you that Abdul Sattar was earlier in the Congress, but in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he had joined the Shiv Sena. Imtiaz has given him the credit for his victory as the king maker. After his statement, now the discussion has started whether Sattar had worked to defeat the Shiv Sena.

In fact, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, where MP Imtiaz had won, Chandrakanta Khair of the Shiv Sena was defeated. So if there is truth in Jaleel's words, it simply means that not only sattar had a role to play in winning the AIMIM leader, but he is also responsible for the defeat of the Shiv Sena candidate.   Jaleel in Vejapur taluka on Saturday said, "Sattar is like my brother. They are the king makers and can give an edge to anyone according to their wishes and bring anyone down if they want. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Jaleel defeated Khair by more than 4,000 votes. Even after this, the shiv sena's top leadership does not question Abdul Sattar on Jaleel's remarks and says that aimim leader Jaleel has a hidden agenda behind it which he wants to fulfill by praising Sattar.

According to a media report, a senior leader has said, "This praise has not come from a clear heart, but with the aim of dividing the Shiv Sena unit. Let me tell you that for the past few days, there is more talk of Jaleel in the state of Maharashtra. It was being told that Jalil may join the Maha Vikas Aghadi government soon, so that people can be confident that AIMIM is not the B team of the BJP.
