Bangalore: Rajnath Singh, the Union Defense Minister, said on Tuesday in Bangalore that India views all countries as equal partners and does not believe in imposing foreign solutions on domestic issues.

Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, hosted a defence ministers' conclave called "SPEED" on Tuesday morning at the Taj Westend in Bangalore as a part of the ongoing "Aero India" event, which is India's biennial aerospace exhibition.

Speaking at the event, Singh said that "India has always defended a rules-based international system, in which the civilisational concept of justice, cooperation, respect, and equality among all sovereign nations replaces the primitive impulse of the "might being right".

Rajnath Singh emphasised the importance of international cooperation when he remarked, "We desire to develop symbiotic connections where we can learn from each other." He also mentioned the world's security threats, including terrorism, the illegal arms trade, and drug smuggling.

"Collective security is now a requirement for our progress and success. A serious security threat to the entire world is posed by terrorism, illegal arms trafficking, and drug smuggling, the defence minister said. For our modern reality, new tactics must be developed to tackle security risks. India doesn't support approaching these security challenges from a paternalistic or neo-colonial perspective. At the Aero India conference, Rajnath Singh stated, "We regard all countries to be equal partners." he added

The conclave witnessed the participation of his counterparts from friendly foreign countries. The Aero India event was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Februay 13.

Aero India in Bangalore is a manifestation of the industrial and economic development of India, particularly Karnataka. 700 exhibitors from India and abroad are exhibiting their finest products and best technology at the show. This also illustrates the commercial potential and acceptance by both domestic and foreign corporations.
