SLNSD Ahobilam manager NCK Vaikunthan said that one of the priests of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam has been found to be Corona positive. As per the orders given by the Patadhipati of Ahobilam Math, the temple will remain closed for devotees and regular prayers will be held inside the temple. We will not open the temple until we get orders from them.

In his statement, CS Rangarajan, the chief priest of the Chilkur Balaji temple, said, 'One of the priests of Ahobilam Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple has been found infected with the corona virus. He is a human serving God. We are thankful to our Patadhipati of Ahobilam Math for taking immediate decision to close all the devotees for darshan and to allow only important rituals in the temple. '

Apart from this, Rangarajan said that, 'Today we can see journalists, doctors, medical staff, MLAs, MPs getting infected with this deadly virus. The only way to avoid this is to protect yourself by wearing a mask and maintain physical distance. '' Let us tell you that so far 9372 cases of corona virus have been reported in Andhra Pradesh. 4766 of these are active cases. 4495 people have recovered and 111 people have died. At the same time, according to the latest data of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours in India, there have been 14,933 cases of corona virus and 312 deaths. The total number of corona positive cases in the country now stands at 4,40,215, including 1,78,014 active cases and 2,48,190 cures and 14,011 deaths.
