Lucknow: After the crushing defeat in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the alliance of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and smaller parties seems to be falling apart now. After the defeat during Azamgarh and Rampur Lok Sabha by-elections, BSP national president Om Prakash Rajbhar attacked Akhilesh Yadav. Now Akhilesh Yadav has hit back at Rajbhar.

Reacting to OP Rajbhar's displeasure, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has said that nowadays politics is being run from behind, many times people make statements because of operating from behind. Akhilesh Yadav said that we do not need anyone's advice. It may be recalled that OP Rajbhar had advised Akhilesh Yadav to leave the house and go among the people. On not campaigning in Rampur and Azamgarh, the SP chief alleged, "The people of our organisation had said that you don't come to campaign, we will win the election, but we did not know that people will not be allowed to vote, liquor will be distributed to mislead the people. The money will be distributed, the government machinery will be misused.''

Yadav further said that there should be a caste census, it will make it easier for the government to formulate a working policy and reach out to them achievements. Akhilesh Yadav said, "I am against the Agnipath scheme, if the government increases the corporate tax, there will be no shortage of money, the army job should be permanent.''
