Maggi is a tasty noodle but you can make it tastier and healthier by making maggi soupy noodles. REQUIRED MATERIAL

Olive oil- 2 tsp, garlic- 2 buds, green onion- 4 tbsps, onions- 2 tbsps, capsicum- ½, carrot-2 tbsps, peas-2 tbsps, broccoli- 10 pieces, sweet corn- 1 tbsps, salt- ½ teaspoon, water - 3 cups, Maggi - 1, black pepper powder - ½ teaspoon, soya sauce - 2 tsp, vinegar - 1 tsp

METHOD

1. In order to make maggi soup, first heat the oil in a pan. Now add chopped garlic and fry it.

2. After frying of garlic, add both types of onions and mix well. Now add capsicum, carrot, peas, broccoli, sweet corn and salt and cook for 1 minute.

3. Now add water to it and mix it well and boil for 5 minutes. Now add the Maggi masala powder and mix it well.

4. Now add Maggi and boil for 2 minutes. Now add black pepper powder, soya sauce and vinegar into it.

5.  Your maggi soupy noodles is ready. Serve it hot by garnishing it with green onions.
