New Delhi: Navodaya student Anushka died due to suffocation. This has been revealed in the post mortem report. On the complaint of the father, the Bhogaon police has registered a case against Navodaya Principal Sushma Sagar, unknown warden, school student Ajay and his other colleagues under sections of murder, rape, POCSO act. After the incident, the accused Principal is absent from school. Police have detained four people, including her husband, for questioning.

On Monday, the body of Anushka, the daughter of Subhash Chandra Pandey, a resident of Agra Road, Gopinath Adda, was found hanging in the room of Navodaya Vidyalaya, Bhogaon. Anushka was a student of class 11 science in Navodaya. Subhash Chandra, the student's father, complained that Sushma Sagar, the principal of the school, had a feud with her daughter. His daughter knew the secrets of the school. After coming home, daughter informed about these things many times. The principal used to harass and beat her daughter. A complaint was also made to the principal in this case. But the principal and school staff continued to harass. The father has stated in his complaint that his mother had reached Sadhana School on 12 September to meet Anushka. Anushka then complained that Principal Sushma Sagar, the school student Ajay and her companions harass her and threaten to kill her. When the wife tried to complain to the Principal, she refused to meet.

On September 15, Anushka told the mother by phone that the above people are threatening to kill her again. It was alleged that on the morning of 16 September, Anushka was beaten up by Principal Sushma Sagar, hostel warden, school student Ajay and his associates and hanged him. Due to which he died. SDM PC Arya, CO Prayank Jain arrived at the school with a heavy police force as soon as the incident came into light. SDM, CO inspected the entire school premises and interrogated the teachers and students of class 11 in a closed room. The police is currently investigating the case.
