Guwahati: A 6-year-old girl was killed at Kaliabor in Nagaon, Assam. There are also three children accused of murder, aged between 8 and 11 years. All three are said to be porn addicts. They reportedly killed the girl for refusing to watch porn videos. The Nagaon police have reported the incident on Twitter. According to police, a 6-year-old girl was killed in an unfortunate incident in Missa, Kaliabor area. The matter has been resolved within 24 hours. 3 minors and an adult have been arrested in the murder. The arrested adult is the father of the 11-year-old accused whose mobile children were watching.

The trio reportedly lived near the accused girl's house. All of them often watched clips on mobile. On the day of the incident, all these children lured the girl to the mine. All of them later asked the girl to watch the clip on mobile. When the girl refused, they stoned her to death. After committing the murder, all these children hid the body in a toilet there. Later all the accused came home and did not tell anyone about the incident. But the police investigation finally caught them all. The body of the girl was recovered from the toilet of the stone mine on Tuesday (October 19, 2021). According to police, the arrested accused are also capable of conspiring and executing other crimes. The police have also termed the act as a matter of introspection and social interference.
Nagaon district superintendent of police Anand Mishra has also reacted to the incident. He tweeted, "Institutional guidance with family and social intervention could have saved 4 young lives. It can happen anywhere with any of us. If our future generations fail on socio-moral values, it will be our responsibility.''
