NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has begun a day-to-day hearing on the Ramjanmabhoomi and Babri Masjid controversy in Ayodhya from August 6. On the first day on Tuesday, Nirmohi Akhara placed his case before the court. Meanwhile, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi questioned The Nirmohi Akhara as to where the entry takes place in Ramjanambhoomi.

When the hearing on the matter began, Nirmohi Akhara first started defending the case. Nirmohi Akhara said that they should be given the right to worship there. But then the Chief Justice started asking some basic questions relating to the case, the CJI, as well as Justice Nazir, told Nirmohi Akhara that you are putting your point before the court first, so tell the whole matter from the beginning.

On this, Nirmohi Akhara told the Supreme Court that we have been stripped of the right to worship. During the debate, the top court asked Nirmohi Akhara whether Sita Kitchen was located outside the courtyard. In addition, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that we should clarify the position on the structure. CJI Gogoi asked, "Where does the entry take place? From Sita kitchen or from the Hanuman gate? Also, Chief Justice Gogoi asked how the Nirmohi Arena was registered. The Supreme Court had earlier given time to resolve the matter through arbitration, but the court is now hearing every day.
