The Ministry will bear the entire cost of their living to education, health and skill training for the next 10 years. At present, as a pilot project, 10 major cities of the country including Delhi have been prepared to be made beggar-free under the scheme. According to the survey, the number in Delhi, including women and children, is more than 20,000.
