Bengaluru Violence: Youth arrested for possessing reward of Rs 51 lakh for beheading MLA's nephew

Lucknow: Shahzeb Rizvi, a leader of Meerut, who made a statement that provoked violence in the capital city of Bengaluru, has been arrested by the police. It is being told that according to Rasuka (NSA), action can be taken on Shahzeb Rizvi. He has previously held the post of Secretary of SP Minority Front. Cases have been registered against him in Police Station Sardhana and Police Station Falavada.

Shahzeb Rizvi had announced a reward for beheading the accused who wrote objectionable posts in Bengaluru. He said in a video message that he will give a reward of 51 lakh to such a person. After the video went viral, the Meerut police registered a case against Shahzeb for making a provocative statement. Meerut (Rural) SP Avinash Pandey said that a person has declared a reward of Rs 51 lakh in connection with the Bengaluru violence. A case has been registered against him for allegedly trying to disturb communal harmony and strict action will be taken.

In the viral video, Shahzeb is saying, 'I have condemned a person who has cheated on the Facebook post in the pride of Huzur, and the young man who has cheated in the glory of Huzur, the head of a young man who will be beheaded. I will give him a cash reward of 51 lakh rupees. People of my society, people of Muslim society will help me in depositing that money.'
