Gopalganj: RJD leader Munna Shrivastava was shot dead by criminals on Sunday morning walk near the railway station of Thawe police station in Gopalganj district of Bihar. He has been taken to Gorakhpur for treatment in a seriously injured condition. On receiving information about the incident, the station in-charge of Thawe police station, Shashi Ranjan Kumar, along with the police force, reached the spot and investigated the matter.

The RJD leader hails from a foreign Tola village in Thawe police station. In connection with the incident, it is being told that on Sunday, he leaves the house for the morning walk as they were going towards Thawe railway station. Meanwhile, 3 miscreants riding on the bike arrived and started firing on them. The miscreants opened fire on the RJD leader, one after the other. He did not get two bullets, but he was injured by the third bullet.
