Lucknow: All three women, who went missing after their boat capsized on Wednesday in the Narayani river of Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar district, have died. Divers pulled out the dead bodies of the three by casting nets. In this accident, a total of 10 people were drowned in the river, out of which seven had come out of the river by swimming, while three women went missing. Expressing grief over the incident, CM Yogi has directed the officials to extend full help to the victims of the accident. CM Yogi has also given instructions to speed up the relief and rescue work and get the injured treated.

According to the information, these laborers were going through Narayani Nose located in village Salikpur of Khadda police station area to harvest crops across the river. During this, this accident happened in the middle of the river. In this, a 38-year-old woman resident of Pathalhawa in Paniyawa and two girls of 18 and 16 years respectively went missing in the water. Witnesses immediately informed the police and local divers rushed to rescue the people. The police of Salikpur outpost, who reached the spot, also started searching for the drowned people. Meanwhile, seven out of 10 people floated on a boat and reached the river bank.

But, Asman Khatun (age 38 years), the wife of Samasuddin, a resident of Pathalhwa of Paniyawa under Hanumanganj police station area, the doll daughter Ashraf (age 18 years) and Soni daughter Patru (age 16 years) of the same village could not be traced. Apart from local divers and police, NDRF team also reached to search for them. After searching for a long time, finally the bodies of the three missing women were found. The three bodies were pulled out by netting.
