MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court has granted bail to 10 accused in the Palghar murder case of three people, including two saints, in April 2020, while refusing bail to 8 accused in the same case. The High Court has said that the FSL report matching the picture of the accused in the CCTV footage is currently against them.

The accused, who have been granted bail by the Bombay High Court, include names of Mohan Gavito, Ishwar Bandhu Nikolay, Firoz Bhau Sathe, Raju Gurudi, Vijay Pilana, Disha Pilana, Deepak Gurudi, Sitaram Rathod, Vijay Gurudi and Ratna Bhavari. At the same time, the court has refused to grant bail to Rajesh Rao, Ramdas Rao, Bhau Dhakal Sathe, Havasa Tulaji Sathe, Rajal Gurudi, Mahesh Gurudi, Lahanya Valakri and Sandesh Gurudi.
