Bombay HC grants bail to 10 accused in brutal murder of 2 sadhus in Palghar

MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court has granted bail to 10 accused in the Palghar murder case of three people, including two saints, in April 2020, while refusing bail to 8 accused in the same case. The High Court has said that the FSL report matching the picture of the accused in the CCTV footage is currently against them. 

Let us tell you that in the Palghar lynching case, three people were beaten to death by a mob. The accused, who have been granted bail by the Bombay High Court, include names of Mohan Gavito, Ishwar Bandhu Nikolay, Firoz Bhau Sathe, Raju Gurudi, Vijay Pilana, Disha Pilana, Deepak Gurudi, Sitaram Rathod, Vijay Gurudi and Ratna Bhavari. At the same time, the court has refused to grant bail to Rajesh Rao, Ramdas Rao, Bhau Dhakal Sathe, Havasa Tulaji Sathe, Rajal Gurudi, Mahesh Gurudi, Lahanya Valakri and Sandesh Gurudi.

Let us inform you that on the night of April 16, 2020, in Palghar, Maharashtra, three people including two sadhus were brutally beaten to death by a mob. The police were also present there at the time of this incident, whose role was questioned. Later 100 people were arrested in this case. However, many people have been granted bail.
