In a recent interview, Brie Larson was found candid while talking about beauty standards in Hollywood. The 31-year-old Captain Marvel actress speaks about her daily self-care routine with W Magazine. She opens up her routine secrets detailing what she does and how she manages to stay so well and good.
She discusses how she doesn’t believe in beauty standards and the way she struggled feeling ugly and like an outcast for so long in her life. She gets sadden recalling for how long she was surrounding herself with insecurities built in the name of beauty. Gradually, it took a whole lot of time to be totally comfortable with her.
She also sums up her statement by continuing that the thing that has brought me solace is knowing that I can be whoever I want to be with myself. What breaks my heart is to think of people in the world who don’t feel that they have safety within their own bodies. She said that her ultimate goals is to do whatever it is that she can so people have the freedom to express them and be exactly who it is that they want to be whatever that knows that that can also change.”
