Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress President Kamal Nath has accepted the resignation of Narendra Saluja, vice-president of the party's media department and his media coordinator. Ever since the change in the media department of the PCC took place, Saluja was saddened and sent his resignation to his leader in spoken language. Since then he was not even visible in the PCC Headquarters. Even though the Congress is not in power, there is a tussle over the post in its organization.

PCC President Kamal Nath has made a lot of changes in the last few days, from the SC, ST departments to the media department. PCC's working president and former minister MLA Jitu Patwari, who took over the responsibility of the media department, resigned from the post of president and was accepted by Kamal Nath within a few hours. Not only this, changes were made rapidly in this department. KK Mishra of Indore was appointed in the role of president and vice-president and 32 spokespersons were made.

It is being said that Narendra Saluja was working as his media coordinator since Kamal Nath became the PCC President. Even before this, he was active in the media activity of Kamal Nath's Madhya Pradesh. After becoming the PCC president, when Kamal Nath made changes in the media department, Shobha Ojha was brought in in place of Manak Agarwal and Saluja was made the media coordinator of the PCC president. Even after becoming the Chief Minister, Saluja remained the media coordinator of Kamal Nath. But recently, due to the change of media department, Saluja appeared unhappy with his post being retained and he sent his resignation by writing a letter directly to Kamal Nath. Also stopped coming to PCC Headquarters. Now Kamal Nath has put an end to all speculations by accepting Saluja's resignation. However, the BJP did not hesitate to take a jibe at the upheaval in the media department of the Congress. State BJP media in-charge Lokendra Parashar to spokesperson Dr. Hitesh Bajpai attacked Congress on social media and other platforms due to this. Now Lokendra Parashar is calling Saluja's resignation a proof of enmity with the Sikh society.
