Chandigarh: Congress party leader and former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda, who is struggling for the return of power in Haryana Assembly elections 2019, has described the change in state leadership as a delayed decision. Talking to the media, Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Hooda has said that the decision has been delayed by the top leadership of the Congress to change the state president.

However, Hooda also assured that everything is right in the Haryana Congress and there is enthusiasm among the workers. Bhupendra Hooda said, 'There are a lot of issues in Haryana elections. The present Khattar government did not fulfill a single promise. These people could not implement the Swaminathan Commission. Not a single promise made to the farmers was fulfilled. Look at our 2005, 2009 election manifesto, we fulfilled all the promises made to the public. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) did not fulfill any promise made in 2014.

Former Haryana CM and Congress veteran Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that corruption and unemployment is a big issue in Haryana. Hooda said, 'Poor children, 10th pass, 8th pass are wandering unemployed. MA, B. Com are working to provide water, look like peons. Hooda demanded that the government bring white paper and tell how many children to get jobs?
