New Delhi: Congress MP and former Union Minister Manish Tiwari has raised many questions about the role of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) for the defeat of Congress in 2014. Manish Tiwari asked four questions while tweeting on Friday. He said whether the UPA is responsible for the Congress defeat in 2014, this is a fair question and should it be answered?

Congress leader Manish Tiwari said that if everyone is equally responsible for the electoral defeat, then why is the UPA being kept separate? There should be churn on the 2019 defeat as well. Six years passed, but no questions were raised on the UPA. Questions should also be raised on UPA. UPA Chairperson and Congress Working President Sonia Gandhi took a virtual meeting of all the Rajya Sabha MPs of Congress yesterday. During this time many issues including the current political situation and Corona were discussed. Sources reveal that some Congress MPs have said many things about the defeats in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

According to sources, in the meeting Sonia Gandhi, former Union Minister Kapil Sibal and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram said that we need to introspect on the defeat. Rajeev Satava, a Rajya Sabha MP from the party, said that we should start the self-realization from our home first.
