Both the benches have occupied these plots in addition to the land allotted to them earlier, which have been regularized by the state government. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam passed a resolution in December last year and requested the state government to regularize these plots. It leased land at the rate of Rs 374 per sq ft to Mauna Swamy Math and Rs 964 per sq ft to Visakha Shri Sharda Peetham.
