A case of demanding extortion of Rs five lakh from the doctors of Kairana in Shamli district, Uttar Pradesh has come to light. The extortion has been sought by putting a letter in the doctor's clinic. This is the second extortion in five days, which has created panic in the area. Dr Masoom has a clinic named Lakshdeep. At around 9 am on Saturday morning, the compounder Nadir, who works at the clinic, opened the shutter of the clinic and found a copy page under the shutter. According to the doctor, a threat of extortion of five lakhs was written on that page.
