The victim has told that, Irshad Ali had started a conversation with her by keeping the fake Hindu name Guddu Chaudhary. The victim told that Irshad has been harassing her continuously since 2015. According to the report, the girl's father has also suffered a heart attack due to his daughter's concern. Although Irshad was arrested on September 8, 2022, the victim's life had become hell by then.

Gradually, Irshad took his bluff by calling him a fake Hindu name and even after being the father of 3 children, told himself to be a bachelor. The victim, while talking to journalist Aanchal Yadav, has also claimed that Irshad has already victimized 3-4 Hindu girls by giving false identities to him in the past and he is also facing a rape case elsewhere in Delhi. . Journalist Aanchal has also posted the picture of accused Irshad on hisTwitterhandle.
Journalist Aanchal has quoted the victim as saying that, she fell into the trap of Irshad and much later she came to know not only that he was a Muslim but was already married. According to the victim, when Irshad took her home, the accused had left his first wife and children at his maternal home. However, the victim says that for the first time, Irshad forcibly raped her and made the video, fearing that he also married the victim and continued to sexually abuse her.
Journalist Aanchal Yadav has posted the video of the conversation with the victim on her Twitter handle. In this video, the victim is telling that Irshad used to force her to offer prayers and used to make obscene videos of her and show it to everyone. The victim also told that she was forcibly forced to eat cow and buffalo meat in Irshad's house and on refusal, she was brutally beaten up and forcibly stuffed in her mouth. The victim has also told in her video that she was forcibly taught Kalma by beating her with the butt of a gun and was forced to convert to Islam by converting to Islam.
In the video, the victim tells that she has been tortured so much that she cannot even tell about it. The victim cried that when meat was forcibly put in her mouth, she used to vomit and then she screamed for help, but no one took pity on her. The victim has also told that the door was locked while she was being tortured. According to the victim, the accused Irshad sexually abused her both in natural and unnatural ways.
The victim told that Irshad was already married and he also has 3 children from his first wife. According to the victim, when he was tortured, instead of saving him, Irshad's first wife, despite being a woman, used to go on stumbling and saying that your actions are worth it. According to the victim, the accused Irshad is a lawyer and his brother is also a lawyer. The girl claims that her entire family of Irshad is not only involved in torturing her but also in the entire conspiracy hatched before marriage. Aastha Maa, who is helping the victim, says that on September 8, 2022, Irshad has been arrested and sent to jail, but the victim is already scared by remembering the situation after his release from bail. This is also because, Irshad already has rape cases registered, law degree is also fake, but still he was roaming free for a long time.
