New Delhi: A speeding car rammed three girls going to school in Paschim Vihar, the national capital, on Wednesday morning. In this accident, one girl died on the spot, while the other two girls are said to be badly injured. The name of the girl killed in the accident was Manisha Kumari and she was 18 years old.

Police reached the spot as soon as the information about the road accident was received. Taking action, the police took the dead body of the deceased Manisha in possession and sent it to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital. At the same time, two other two injured girls Kalpana and Sanjana have been admitted to Balaji Hospital for treatment. Along with this, the attacker vehicle has been seized by the police and the driver of the vehicle is said to be absconding. Two dedicated teams have been pressed into service to trace the accused driver as well as the owner of the vehicle.

Big challenge to prevent accidents in Delhi :-

Let us tell you that along with traffic jams on the roads of Delhi, preventing road accidents is also a big challenge. At present, there is no effective lane system for vehicles. Now if some separate arrangement is being made for buses and goods vehicles, then it is correct, provided the scheme has been studied earlier. The School of Planning and Architecture did a study, in which it was found that by overtaking buses, other vehicles change lanes. Or if buses also change lanes to overtake other vehicles, then road accidents are more due to this reason.
