New Delhi: There has been a demand to register an FIR against Baba Ramdev, Balakrishna and others under the Drugs and Medical Remedy Act and Disaster Management Act, for making the medicine for the treatment of Corona. Former intelligence officer and social activist Vishnu Kumar Gupta has complained against Baba Ramdev, Balakrishna and others.

Vishnu Kumar Gupta has submitted his complaint to Ghaziabad SSP. Along with this, a criminal case has been filed against them under other laws including the Drugs and Medical Remedy Act and the Disaster Management Act. Vishnu Kumar Gupta has said in his complaint that Baba Ramdev started selling medicines called Divya Shvasari Vati and Divya Coronil Tablet without permission and license. Through this, Baba Ramdev has cheated the public.

Complainant Vishnu Kumar Gupta also alleged that Baba Ramdev and others including Balakrishna have misled the common people by falsely claiming to make medicine for the treatment of Corona and flouted the law. They have also put the lives of common people at risk by claiming to make Corona disease 100 percent healthy.
