The victim's father is an officer in the Income Tax Department in this case. In fact, he has filed a case against the incident with his daughter at Police Station Bisrakh. It is being told that the 3-year-old innocent daughter of an income tax department official living in Greater Noida studies in a play school called Maurya Foundation. The victim has stated in the complaint that someone from the school along with her daughter in the play school has committed the incident of digital rape.

The incident has also been captured on the CCTV installed in the school. On the other hand, the victim had told at home that in the school, her uncle has done wrong things to her. However, the child could not identify the accused. On the complaint of the victim's father, Bisrakh police registered a case and formed two teams to nab the accused. Police officials say that the case is being investigated, and soon the accused will be arrested. This incident has badly shocked the child's family.
