New Delhi: A handicapped youth killed his friend by stabbing him with a knife in Delhi's Rajouri Garden late on Friday night. After carrying out the murder, the accused fled leaving the body in his own house. When neighbors saw the body in the house, they informed the police. The police have arrested the accused handicapped youth by registering a case.

The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Chandan. The police came to know in the preliminary investigation that Chandan often used to go to meet the accused Santosh. Both used to smoke intoxicated cigarettes. On Friday also both were smoking cigarettes. During this, a dispute started between the two regarding drug dealing. Then Santosh killed Chandan by adopting a knife.

According to the information, the accused lives in Santosh Subhash Nagar area and does drug business while Chandan lived with his family in Rajouri Garden area. Police officials informed that it has also come to the fore in the investigation that there was a fight between the two over drugs. Police have registered a case under relevant sections. Along with this, the absconding has started in search of Santosh.
