Water an essential element in the life of Human Beings. On March 22, the "World Water Day” is celebrated all around the world. The Annual day let all of us think about the importance of water in our life.This day is a mark to let us plan for the management of water and solving the global crisis of water.
From clean water access to wastage of it, we humans make use of it in everything. If we talk about India, it is the third most concerned country about clean water supply.
Meaning of World Water Day~
Clean and safe water supply to everyone is the main motto of this day and it should mean the same to you. This Day is the request made to people to not waste but utilize the water. It is also a recalling alarm to people that drinking water of billions of people is dirty. Thus, there is a need where measures should be taken to avoid the wastage of it. Because if we don’t do anything about it today then it will be a big regret in our life in future.
What it is~
The Global mission to have a clean and safer water for everyone. Learn, involve and action is what World water day is. This year it is the 24th year of United Nation water which is organized by it with the support of governments and partners.
The UN organization every year give a theme for this day. And guess what is the theme of this year???
This time the World water day theme is WASTEWATER.

It is the waste water which can be reused. The water from homes, businesses, industries and institutions everything is again used and not at all wasted. Reduce and Reuse Wastewater!!!!
Origin of World Water Day~
In 1992 the UN thought that there is a need for global awareness about the water. Thus on March 22, 1993, was decided to be celebrated as the first world water day by UN general assembly. After that day it is celebrated annually.
How can you help~
Reduce the waste of water as much as you can. Tie up yourself with an organization that is doing work in saving the water and aware people about the same.
