Drew Barrymore, who was married to actor Tom Green from July 2001 to October 2002, reunited with him for the first time in over 15 years this week on her daytime talk programme.

"It's sort of like an out-of-body experience," he stated on 'The Drew Barrymore Show,' reminiscing on their reunion. It's great to see you again. It does, however, feel strange. Not in a terrible manner, mind you. Weird In a positive way.

"I genuinely believe this is a good way to bond; it relieves some of the stress." "Well, I respect and adore you," Barrymore answered. Green responded: "I love you, too."

According to sources, the two exes reflected on their romance, and the 'Santa Clarita Diet' actress couldn't believe it had been two decades since they first met in 2000. She stated, " "When you say 20 years, it may feel like a blink of an eye at times, and other times like, 'Oh my God, we've seen so much in these previous 20 years.'

"It's just very wonderful to come together and check-in and speak about it because you've had a full life and I've had a complete life." I admire you much. I've always admired you and will continue to do so." The 'Never Been Kissed' star later remarried as she tied the knot with Will Kopelman in 2012, and while they split four years later they co-parented their two daughters.

Green admitted that he wasn't shocked that he wasn't invited to the wedding. He expressed himself as follows: "To me, (that) seems logical. To be honest, I don't believe attending an ex's wedding is a good idea." "I believe so, too," Barrymore remarked, agreeing with her ex-spouse.
