Famous crime TV show CID actor Marathi actor Dinesh Salvi, passed away earlier today in Mumbai when he suffered a cardiac arrest at the city's Vile Parle station. He was 53 years old. On Wednesday, when Dinesh reached the Vile Parle station, he started complaining of chest pain. He sat down for a while on a station bench, but soon, people had to get him admitted to the nearest hospital. But, the treatment, couldn't save his life.
Besides CID, Dinesh had also worked in the Marathi play, Hi Chal Turu Turu. He was popular as a writer, actor and director in the Marathi entertainment industry. He was also a good friend of Shiv Sena leader and well-known Marathi actor Aadesh Bandekar. Just a few days ago, Dinesh had attended Aadesh Bandekar's birthday celebrations. Many are shocked with Dinesh Salvi's sudden death, especially students, as he used to guide many in college plays. Details about the last rites and the funeral have not been announced yet.
