Have you ever think what keeps you stuck in one place? It’s not anyone else, it’s us! We forget ourself or our feelings in the manner to keep things fine, but it’s not the right way. Loving ourself is more important than loving others.

We should be our first priority, and that doesn’t mean you’re selfish, it’s the only way to love your life, after all your life is you. But we often forget that and blame ourselves for such mediocre things we did in our life and that bring chaos in our life. Your heart and mental health may depend on your ability to reduce hurt and anger, even at yourself. So effective is forgiveness.

The list of potential human misdeeds is long like sometimes we live in the guilt of Hit a child in anger, Steal something, go off the wagon, or cheating someone, or lying to someone. But why we can’t forgive us? After all if someone else did so so, you will let it go, so why we can’t do that with us.

Of course it takes lot of strength to mend a broken heart but channelizing the energies into your work helps. But also to be able to accept situation for what they are instead of questioning them, because the day you start question is the day you are going to be unhappy. So sometimes you have to accept the things for what they are and have the ability and strength to forgive.

Remember forgiving doesn’t mean about wrong doing. You just have to forgive certain situations and moments in your life to be able to move on, if you genuinely want to be happy. So just don’t hold on to negativity or hold on to grudges. Don’t carry the guilt with you, just forgive and forget but remember and learn from the mistakes. And it’s the only way to live happily and peacefully.
