Harshvardhan Kapoor is one of the renowned star kids. He was born in Mumbai on 9 November 1990, He is the son of Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor. Harshavardha was the youngest of three children, he is the brother of actress Sonam Kapoor and producer Rhea Kapoor. He is graduated from Chapman University. He made his acting debut in Mirza Lady (2016). Being a star kid Harshavardhan is usually criticized for his acting. His films also did not perform very well.

People feel that being Anil Kapoor’s son is his advantage but once in an interview, he said that he people hate him because of his father. In an old interview, he said, “Because of the path that I've taken, with doing the alternative films and not doing the conformist, regular movies, and not being in the media too much, and doing my own thing, a lot of the people who've consumed my work have more of an idea of what I'm like. So I do get not as much hate. Obviously, no matter how well I do, no matter how many films I do, no matter what I achieve in life, there will be a small minority of people that will want to hate me because I'm Anil Kapoor's son."

Harshvardhan made his debut with Mirzya, and also featured in Bhavesh Joshi Superhero. In 2020, he appeared in a cameo in AK vs AK alongside his father Anil Kapoor. He is also expected to collaborate with Anil Kapoor in an upcoming biopic of Indian shooter Abhinav Bindra. In 2022, he acted and co-produced a film titled Thar which was released on Netflix on 6 May 2022. The film also starred  Anil Kapoor, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Satish Kaushik in key roles.  The film was directed and co-written by Raj Singh Chaudhary.
